Alibaba and Weibo look like they have a bright future in the US after going public, but the many other Chinese companies that want to go public here are going to face problems since so many previous Chinese IPOs in the US have been based on misleading and sometimes fraudulent financials and reports. The US public remembers that so many of the new Chinese IPOs will get shorted and their stocks will probably fail or at least underperform badly.
